Option I – 12 Week Program: For the disciplined, this option will help an individual become more aware of food options and portion sizes. Educationally based to teach portion control, eating to live a healthier lifestyle, while still enjoy their favorite foods in moderation. Goals are set prior to the start date. This plan is adjusted once every 3rd week according to progress. The program is designed to teach the client to make healthier choices using a charted option list. Serving sizes are included for individual need. Unlimited texting, email and phone calls.

Option I-AP – 12 Week Program: This option will help an individual become more aware of food options and portion sizes. Portion sizes are adjusted once every 2 weeks, based on progress. The program is designed to teach the client to make healthier choices using a charted option list. Serving sizes are included for individual need. Cardio schedule and training program is designed. 3 training programs designed for client specific needs. Unlimited texting, email and phone calls.

Option II – 12 Week Program: Moderating your food consumption is one of many components for ensuring a healthy, balanced regimen. Incorporating concepts such as food combining and micro-nutrient rotation can also be beneficial when addressing poor digestion, food allergies or deficiencies for a strong immune system.  While taking the steps necessary to living a healthy lifestyle, this program is designed for individual need, optimal health benefits and weight loss/fat loss. Includes a day to day menu of what to eat (5 to 6 meals) the individual is monitored on a bi-weekly basis with adjustments made according to progress. Assessment of current fitness activities to attain best results in combination with nutritional program. If needed, suggest or provide a general fitness training guide to help promote over-all symmetry and cardiovascular benefits. Depending on individual needs, health condition, progress and stats, “favorite foods” are planned and incorporated in moderation. Unlimited texting, email and phone calls.

Option III – Competition Prep:  15 weeks prior to the show date. This is the length of time recommend to all competitors to start their nutritional blueprint and monitoring. The program is laid out for the client on a weekly basis. The weekly plan is broken down by day and daily meals (1–5/6) leaving the guess work out for the client. Weekly weigh in’s and body fat composition are taken. Depending on individual progress, adjustments are made to nutrition and cardio schedule. CP III also includes the final week prep, with detailed instruction. Unlimited texting, email and phone calls.
